Our Story

In the year 1952, Yurt Konserve previously known as Vatan Konserve made its mark in the industry in İstanbul. For over half a century, the brand still preserves the enthusiasm of its first day and continues to narrate its remarkable tale of success, embracing the principle of innovation first, without any compromises in quality and in service.

Yurt Konserve brand was created by Kabasakal family who have been successfully hard at work since 1952 until present yielded its results.

Corporate

In Yurt Konserve production facilities; instant meals suited for traditional Turkish cuisine are produced. Range of products include some of the most iconic and beloved Turkish food such as; Cold-Served Red Kidney Beans, Stuffed Vine Leaves, Bean Salad, Fried Eggplant, Dried White Beans, Mackerel Fillet with Sauce and Oil, Boiled Chickpeas, Beans, Red Kidney Beans, Corn, Garnish, Peas, Ashura Dessert (aka Noah’s Pudding) and etc. Along with all of the above, special products suited for different countries of the world based on their cuisine, palate and demand are also produced in our facilities.
